Lovely, conveniently located salon with great, friendly staff.
There was a problem with the type of wax that was being used, so the process wasn't as seamless as I'm used to - through no fault of the beautician doing the waxing. They did agree that I could return to "complete" the waxing, but I would have preferred to have been told beforehand that there was an issue so that I could have chosen to come back at a later date.
