Staff and venue nice but within 12 hours my shellac manicure has chipped. Two days later polish pedicure has come off a bit on one toe :(. Really disappointed as paid £58 for the two. I have emailed to ssk for a redo on the manicure but yet to hear back

Although I'd booked a 6.30pm appointment I was kept waiting until 7.30pm. The staff were friendly and professional, so far I'm happy with my acrylics, but my pedicure didn't even last a day before it chipped.
