This was awful from the beginning I was left waiting for you 15mins no one acknowledged I was there even though I said I had an appointment at 11, the wax itself was worse felt like it was being done by someone who’s never waxed before. Would not go ever again

Expedient and efficient service, although I was only allowed 20 seconds to choose my colour then the palette was expropriated to be given to another customer. Not happy with the colour as a result. But staff doesn’t really care
