Unfriendly staff who were clearly stressed and preoccupied, really horrible beauty room downstairs, much more painful than usual Brazilian waxes and she burnt me because the wax was far too hot. It was the worst wax that I've had in a long time.
Brazilian Waxing
The beautician did not talk at all which makes for an awkward experience. I recommend installing a radio or tv to the room if a beautician is not chatty. The appointment took 10 minutes longer than my usual beautician. All hair removed and relatively pain free.
