Very bad wax. It was rushed and when I came home I realised that one side hadn’t been waxed at all. I will not be returning!
Ladies' Leg Waxing
I arrived 30 minutes early and asked if I should return at my scheduled appointment time. One or two members of staff spoke English and after some time a woman said that I should come back. No problem. I return and am then directed to have a seat and wait for my pedicure. Several other women come in and are directed to have a seat. No one in this establishment acknowledged that I was waiting and after waiting 20 minutes, I asked when my service will start. I wasn't a walk in and expected someone to update me or at least acknowledge me. 30 minutes later my service starts. This was my second time here and I will not be returning. The customer service is horrible and their location on the high street is the only thing that keeps them in business. I would not recommend this salon. You've been warned.
