Busy Sunday afternoon - had to wait 10 minutes despite booking, but staff were very apologetic. Classic manicure, very pleased with nails and cuticle care. Recommend - I am a regular happy customer!

This was awful from the beginning I was left waiting for you 15mins no one acknowledged I was there even though I said I had an appointment at 11, the wax itself was worse felt like it was being done by someone who’s never waxed before. Would not go ever again
