Wax was too hot and the therapist didn’t understand when I tried to tell her this. New few days after treatment area was really sore and sensitive and came out in tiny blisters. Had many waxes over the years so I know this isn’t normal. There was zero aftercare (lotion or aloe vera) only talc!? For a Hollywood wax that’s shocking. Also don’t think I got the therapist I booked with (who had good reviews). Was offered 20% off next treatment when I addressed all this but I would never go back. Therapist was lovely but treatment and facilities poor.
