I had to wait almost 45 minutes before I was seen even though I had a booked appointment and time. No one apologised and said how long the wait would be. Shellac manicure was okay.

Excellent waxing experience. Lovely lady who took her time and did a good job And was also very friendly and warm . The room however could be improved upon and all the waxing equipment really needs a clean. Looks grubby and not like a top notch experience.
