The room needs some music or radio as a few of the staff don’t talk much. The wax used this time seemed to break a bit meaning 2 or 3 pulls which makes the experience a bit more painful. The lady was very friendly.

Lala is just THE BEST Hollywood waxer ever. I’ve probably gone to 50+ different wax therapists all over the place and she’s by far the best. I was done in 8 minutes. Flawless.
