The whole experience was extremely professional and very quick. I am really happy with my eyebrows especially. I would have appreciated a little more instructions / communication throughout the process, as it was my first time getting this treatment done!

I went for a deluxe pedicure and I think I had a new esthetician. She was really rough with the cuticles (and I don't have a lot) and ended up making me bleed, which both hurt and wasn't the most sanitary (ie. putting polish near an open wound). I wouldn't have minded as much if she had apologised but she didn't and just carried on. She also forgot about the moisturising/massage portion until another esthetician mentioned it to her. All in all, not very relaxing.

Was far too rough and led to three cuticals bleeding - still sting now when I wash my hands :( poor quality shellac paint job to top it off. I wouldn’t be in a rush to go back unfortunately.
