Not welcoming staff, hardly understand what you want , no manicure - cuticles included in the cost ( this should be clearly stated when booking ). I felt rushed, when technician was filing my nails they were all different length , I had to punt it out several time. At the end technical cut me under one of my fingers . Place feels extremely uncleaned, I would be so sure that cuticle cutters are not even properly disinfected after use. I’ve been there before for my pedicure which was brilliant ! But this time it was absolutely horrendous experience . Leave alone my nails started to peeling of after week and a half
