My manicurist didn’t soften my cuticles before trimming, which was very painful and made one nail bleed. She also didn’t ask me what shape or length I wanted my nails before cutting them, and didn’t ask me what colour I wanted (almost resulting in her using the wrong colour). I usually have such a positive and pleasant experience, but this time had a new manicurist who definitely made my experience less positive.
