Terrible. The nail polish was so old which left me with such thick nails. This was my first mani / pedi after lockdown and I was so looking forwarD to it. Massive disappointment

The therapist seemed a lovely person however she asked if I was pregnant (I recently lost 24kg so I’m not perfect but don’t have much a tummy and am very self conscious of my body anyway). During the wax she was doing HUGE sections, including near the intimate areas which made it incredibly painful - waxing isn’t fun anyway but I’ve never experienced wax pain like this before. At the end she slapped too much cream with no care, barely rubbed anything in & I noticed lots of hairs still down there
