Happy with the outcome but it feels like they don’t concentrate on you, it’s a very busy nail salon and so I didn’t feel like I had 100% of the attention on my treatment. Will return though because the final product is good

I’ve been coming to Images for over 2 years and always a great experience but the last two times I’ve had a different lady doing the waxing and it’s so much more painful - the wax is taken off almost immediately after it’s put on which results in a lot of tugging to get the strips off - I’ve been left with quite raw & red skin
