Salon was packed - staff and customers walking around and waiting to be seen. I had booked my appointment and still waited 45 minutes before I was seen. Nails haven't lasted as long as I had hoped - chips within a week and it felt mega rushed. I appreciate it's been a long lockdown and the salon want to make money, but don't do this at the expense of keeping your regular customers waiting for nearly an hour. It's not fair.
