More customers than staff could cope with, appt delayed by 20-25 mins, equipment not cleaned between one lady’s pedicure and my manicure, when clipping my cuticles blood was drawn 3 times with no apology, no apologies made for delay either. Overall very stressful atmosphere in there that morning unfortunately. Most customers seemed dissatisfied.

Not a sports massage by any stretch! In a curtained off side room so can hear all the bustle of the salon and light coming through. Mostly a heavy stroke and every time it went a bit deeper she pulled back and went back to stroking. Quite frantic and unpredictable. Also paid for an hour but 15 minutes was lying with a hot wet towel going cold on my back. She tried her best but shouldn’t be advertised as sports massage.
