I made 2 separate bookings - 1 at 12:30 for a wax, followed by a pedicure at 13:00. I did this so that I could enjoy the pedicure after the wax! When I arrived, I had my pedicure first because the therapist doing the wax wasn’t available. The therapist I selected for the pedicure wasn’t who I got, and the same for the wax too. They just seem a bit all over the show. No one really knows what is going on.
My wax itself was quick & efficient but it was pretty painful.
