I made 2 bookings - 1 at 12:30 for a wax, followed by a pedicure at 13:00. I did this so that I could enjoy the pedicure after the wax! When I arrived, I had my pedicure first as the therapist doing the wax wasn’t available. I didnt get the therapist I selected for the pedicure or wax so Ive had to review the wrong therapist. They just seem a bit all over the show. No one really knows what is going on.
My pedicure was ok, nice massage & good filing etc but I’ll be surprised if it lasts a week.

My wax itself was quick & efficient but it was pretty painful.
