I have been to Images a few times and always have a great wax but this time, the lady was obviously in a huge rush and just didn’t take the time or care. She didn’t even let the wax dry so was trying to rip off wet wax which didn’t work and hurt me more. She took off more hair than I asked for. It was a careless wax and she left some hair. Disappointed!

Terrible service. Someone started and then 2 nails in just left me sat there.
I waited 15 mins and no one seemed to remember me.
When finally someone did sit down after half hr I felt rushed. Incredibly disorganised and quite stressful as the rest of my appointments were also delayed.
