Terrible experience for Hollywood wax. Second time going here and I booked a different therapist Emma this time however Emma wasn’t there and I got the same lady as first time. Very rushed and I had to go back same day as a lot of the hair had not been removed and I was going on holiday. Got told wider groin area counts as a leg wax! Got chased out the salon too asking about payment but with Treatwell you pay in advance. Not a nice experience or ambience at all.
