Firstly the therapist didn’t speak to me once during treatment, just pointed or moved his head. Treatment itself was of a poor standard so was my daughter’s treatment whom cuticle was cut so badly it was bleeding. It’s not the cheapest place to have shellac yet the customer service is very poor.
