Made an appointment 20 minutes prior as there was an available slot. However, when I got there the receptionist didn’t know I was coming and screwed her face when she saw I’d ‘just’ made the appointment. It was not my fault they didn’t see I was coming. Workers kept talking about it in their language making me feel uncomfortable. I waited almost 30 minutes before they were ready for me. Throughout doing my nails they barely spoke to me but seemed to keep talking about me in their language. Prior to doing the nails I showed a photo of a polish I was looking for and she barely helped me find it. She just told me it’s clear (it was a sheer pink). So I picked what I found to be similar. But, when the man started painting he was rushing through & forgot to put the treatment polish on my nails first. Instead he put a base coat then the treatment after me asking him about the treatment. I did think the treatment I paid for was more than a special polish. However, another worker explained and made that clear. But when I was first explaining I wasn’t very happy the man doing my nails got upset and started cleaning and someone else who was doing another persons nails took over and re-painted whilst explaining how tough their day was with customers. I’ve been to this place before and have experienced them complaining in their languages and not really caring for the customer but this was the last straw for me. I definitely won’t be returning again.

The appointment felt rushed this time as the salon was very business. I left with a couple of self inflicted smudges. Although I was offered correction it would have to be the next day, which I couldn’t make. A nail dryer wasn’t used. This is not my usual experience at this nail bar it’s usually very good.
