I had a really great shellac mani pedi and gave a 20% tip however, the gel on one nail came away so I went back the next day and asked the same lady to fix it for me. She was so po faced and unprofessional about the whole thing it really ruined my whole experience. She refused to look at me or even say goodbye-it was only fixing one nail!! Sadly her behavior put me off going back.
