The guy who greeted me had a bit of a strange attitude, the staff were mostly silent except to chat to each other. The woman who did my gels Didn’t even say hello or ask how I liked my nail shape etc. She then lopped off my nails with the clipper, completely lopsided and was going to go in with the base layer without filing the ragged lopsided edges omg! When it was clear that she wasn’t going to file them I did it myself while she sat with her arms folded shouting across the room to another staff. the colour was good I chose from the small OPI range but there were a few more cheap looking ranges that I haven’t heard of. She painted them okish- but a bit of a gap at the bottom, some a bit lumpy to the side and top, and I ended up with the clear top layer stuck to the tops of my fingers which felt horrible all day. Paid £25, so wasn’t expecting such a budget experience guess I should have looked the place up before booking but it was raining and just wanted something close and last min. also, treatwell is usually quite good, maybe everywhere is on treatwell these days. Would be better if more select. Overall the effect is good, I don’t think anyone is really staring closely at my nails but usually feel happy when I look at gels on me but every time I see them am reminded of the disastrous experience which is meant to be a treat not a harrowing chore.

Great experience, I showed up a little early by accident but they started on me straight away. Efficient, neat and lovely manicure. Well worth it!
