While the end result was OK, the experience wasn’t great. Multiple times the electric file was too hot and painful, when they were cutting down extensions didn’t care that the cuttings were pinging in my face. Salon wasn’t very clean and it was a bit off putting. Tools didn’t look sterilised. I wouldn’t return personally.
