I arrived and was told my appointment was booked 2 hours later than my I had booked for, even though I had a confirmation email with the correct time on me. The earliest they could then fit me in was an hour later, so I had to wait around as they would not refund me. As it was the first eyelash tint I'd had the I wasn't told I would need a spot test, so after waiting for an hour was then told they couldn't give me the treatment without signing a disclaimer. Completely incompetent staff. The treatment itself was average. Felt very annoyed and disappointed with the whole experience on leaving. Will not be going back!
