I've only given it a 4 or cleanliness because there are pipes under the tables that are a bit in the way. The girl that did my nails was great. She cut them a bit shorter than I had wanted them, but I think that was probably partly down to me not communicating what I was after very well. The only thing I'd say is that it is quite expensive. There are other places that are cheaper and that, in my experience, do just as good a job!
