Generally as good an experience as I normally get at this salon although the technician seemed surprised and a bit frustrated when she realised I needed a soak off. I also think that the soak off should be free or included in the existing price of the signature and pamper mani/pedis considering the cost, and particularly if the gels/shellac that are being removed were originally done at the same place. It demonstrates a recognition of customer loyalty and I would consider it better value for money. But overall a good quality mani pedi.
