Salon and technician were lovely, however I really didn’t like my lashes and thought I looked like a drag queen when I had asked for a natural look. The technician was very kind did what she could to make them look more subtle - cutting the length and thinning them - but now they look botched. Very sad as I have a date this week and now feel very self conscious :-(

The manicure itself was very professional by the lady I had, however there was a lot of confusion as I had booked in for an express shellac manicure, but Treatwell does not make it clear at all that this needs to be purchased with a removal. This needs to be explained at the time of booking
