I had a 5pm appt so my therapist was probably tired after a long day, but from the moment I arrived I felt like an inconvenience to her and when taking off my old gels she was very aggressive with the file leaving a couple of my nail beds bleeding. She also seemed to be rushing through to finish as quickly as possible. Another therapist finished the treatment and did a great job, but it’s a shame the experience was so disappointing as the other reviews are great.

Great express pedicure. I didn’t have any gel to remove so was easily in and out within 30mins. Perfect! FYI Fabia was not my nail tech so ignore the tech rating on this review.
