Really happy with my nails! I hadn't had BIAB before and the process was explained clearly so I felt really comfortable and when I showed a picture of the colour I wanted she was able to match it really well using cat eye nail polish! My nails look so cute <3

Good experience. Originally had a lovely lady called Kandi who was lovely and sweet taking care of my pedicure and Su took over my manicure which he made my nails just the way I wanted despite a few odd moments.
