Very poor customer service. I was called on the morning of the treatment to be told that the promo they were running (reason I booked) was not available anymore as the owner had decided to pull this despite it being available when I booked. Not good enough - too late notice. I was a regular customer at this salon but unfortunately, I no longer will be.
