I booked a pamper package at IMAGES. My experience was mixed.
The visit started with a facial with Lidia, which was wonderful and relaxing. She was great and really knew what she was doing.
Next, I had a mani-pedi with Mariana. This is where things went wrong. Mariana was stroppy, rude and rushed the entire process. I left with snagged nails which I had to re-file properly myself that evening.
I left the salon feeling offended and a bit upset, especially after the money I'd spent on a 'pamper package' which was advertised as being relaxing and enjoyable.
I left feedback with the salon the day after my visit. That was four days ago. No one has contacted me since to apologise for or discuss the experience.
Overall, I'd say this place is best avoided - unless you want to feel ripped off and pretty insulted.
