The lady damaged the skin bellow my eyebrows, she put the wax too low on my eyelids. My skin was stinging and being irritated for a few days.

Booked as a treat but the room was exceptionally small with a lot of noise from outside. The calming music kept stopping and heavy dance music would come on instead until it was fixed - very hard to relax with so many distractions! Massage itself was pleasant but not very firm for deep tissue and not enough to bring me back
