It wasn't my first time in Images Fulham and I am normally very satisfied. Although this time I got to do my medical pedicure with a new girl and she was the most inexperienced person ever touched my feet, She literally just cut my nails, paint them and put on some scrub. She didn't cut my ingrown nails, even when I told her I was in pain, she didn't cut my cuticles at all and she didn't remove my callus (they are supposed to do that on a medical pedicure). And if all that wasn't enough she forgot about me when my nails were drying and let me sit there for 35 minutes, when eventually one of her colleagues came and put oil on my nails before I put on my shoes again. I only recommend Images Fulham if you get an appointment with one of the rest of the girls who are always very good.

Good wax but very long wait, started over 20mins after my appointment time. So the wax was rushed. Should have been told as soon as I arrived that the appointment was going to be delayed and i could have come back. Otherwise happy.
