Eyebrow threading/shaping was excellent - couldn't fault it. However, the treatment chair I was sat in was right up next to the floor-to-ceiling window, looking out on a busy pavement and a lot of people gazed in as they walked by, meaning I felt a bit exposed. I may be being oversensitive, but I do wish the chair had been positioned further into the room.
