The facial would have been better if the lady spoke English as I had some questions about my face but she didn't understand. The back massage was very good.

Although the treatment itself was fine. The room that it was done in was directly next to the pedicure area so heard the loud conversations going on outside throughout the treatment. Also found that the communication from the technician could have been better. I had never had threading done before and felt that she was getting frustrated with me because I didn't know how to hold my eyebrow up, then the end of the treatment was rush with the technician leaving the room with me unsure if I was to get dressed or not.
