I booked with Emily as I loved how she did my balayage last time, as she’s left I was offered an appointment with Elle instead. I showed a photo from last time and that I wanted the exact same thing again, however I have thin scattered highlights on the top - not a balayage and all the foils were put on sides underneath my hair. These are almost white and doesn’t match the rest of the hair at all! I pointed it out and she said “see how you go” instead of fixing. I’m literally in tears!
