Jess is lovely and friendly, also very happy with treatment that I had (Brazilian blow dry). Only having one fan in such a long shop is crazy. I felt sorry for the staff and was very hot at one point but someone had moved the fan so it was pointing directly at their client. I had to awkwardly ask to have it moved towards me for a little while after they went to the sink.
Also, it could be a lot cleaner in there. It could be an amazing salon.
