I went in with highlights booked, not really wanting them but wanting something to lighten part of my hair, Jess took the time to listen to me and discuss my needs and what I wanted to achieve and explained ballyage this is what I went with, so happy with the results

Sophie was really great with advice around fixing a colour I'd done myself but wasn't quite what I wanted. Love the end result. Have also had several haircuts by Elle that have always been excellent.
