I had a great experience with Jess! She was friendly, professional, and really attentive throughout my appointment. I appreciated how she checked in regularly to make sure I was happy with the cut and gave me the chance to make any tweaks or go shorter as we went along. I felt completely comfortable and could tell she genuinely cared that I left pleased with both the haircut and the overall experience.
