For my next appointment I wanted to have a loose perm. Being the consummate professional that she is, Sophie advised that she would have to test my hair before agreeing to give me that treatment. It turns out, it wouldn’t work well on my hair. Most hairdressers would have just taken the money and ran. Not Sophie - she’s all about the customer. Am so grateful that she did the test, my hair would have been a shambles!! I can always trust Sophie to steer me in the right direction!! Thanks!!
