This was a fabulous experience as always. I would recommend this hairdresser to everyone. They cannot do enough for you and you get refreshments provided the whole time you are there. I look forward to my next appointment.

I can only describe Sophie as a magician. I literally go in with my hair looking like an old and weathered hedge that needs uprooting and come out looking like my hair should be win a gold award at Hampton Court flower show. What she does is magic and how she makes you feel is wonderful. If you’re having a bit of a rough day - pop in and have your hair done (even if it’s only a wash and blow dry). I promise you won’t regret it!

Not happy at all. Too many highlights for a balayage, from the roots. Even though darker colour was applied on the top, The skin and ears were left with big spots from the darker colour. Not even when I dye my own hair I have those type of marks. Also over charged compared with the Treatwell price.
