Good technical hairdresser. No introduction from Elle, I had to ask for her name. No taking my jacket off me, so I just left it on my chair to begin with, then later after my hair was washed, it was taken to the cloakroom. No sit down consultation, just straight into the washing chair. No general conversation initiated, so the service felt a little underwhelming. However I will put this down to the fact that Elle was working on her own that morning. The haircut and blow-dry was great.

This is the second time Amy has cut my hair. She’s amazing! I always leave happy. She’s also so easy to talk to, I usually struggle with interacting with people but she makes it so easy.
