Jess looked after me for my balayage appointment, and she was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen carefully to exactly what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She was kind, friendly, and very attentive, regularly checking in to make sure I was happy with the colour, length, and overall result.

As usual I got a great haircut, the ladies at the salon are all friendly and professional. The atmosphere is relaxed so it’s always a nice bit of me-time

Went in for a dry trim. Jess brushed my hair gently but effectively. Cutting my hair in the usual split sections. She listened to my request for only the wispy ends to be cut, 1.5"s gone and reassured me about my hair health in general.
