Once again Sophie and her team have made my hair dressing experience more like a get together with friends rather than a business transaction. Their warmth and friendliness always ensures that, despite being in the chair for a while (a colour, cut and blow dry is never a 5 min process), the time whizzes past fuelled by good tea, great chat and a lot of laughter. Despite being super busy everyone joins in including the other customers and we all leave with fabulous hair and lifted spirits too!
