Achieved the result I needed to get from brown to the starting point on the road of blonde BUT… Appointment was pushed by 30 mins but sadly didn’t get in the chair until 20 mins after this. Appointment was quite rushed as stylist was clock watching all the time and even said that she isn’t speaking much to get the service sorted. Left salon with partly dried hair. Sadly won’t be returning.

I had my first appointment with Kelly today for a balayage, cut and blow dry, and I’m so happy with the result. Kelly was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the appointment. She took the time to explain what would work best for my hair and steered me towards a colour that suited my skin tone and looked natural, rather than just doing what I initially asked for. The haircut she gave me really suited my face shape. I would definitely be coming back and would highly recommend!
