I’ve been going to Images in Bathgate for more years than I can even remember, and honestly, they’ve been amazing every single time. Karen and the team are just brilliant - so friendly, so welcoming, and always genuinely happy to help. They’ve supported me through all sorts of last‑minute, unexpected changes, always with patience and understanding.
It’s rare to find a place that consistently goes the extra mile, but Images absolutely do. Their flexibility, professionalism, and kindness are exactly why I keep coming back. It really does feel like you’re in safe, caring hands.
I can’t recommend them highly enough — they’re an absolute gem in Bathgate!
