The massage I had was excellent and got the knots out of my muscles. The reason I've only given 4 stars is that the treatment rooms are lacklustre, a bit dingy and in a basement but if you can overlook that, the massage itself with Rose was great.

Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
The whole treatment seems slightly unprofessional. Beautician didn't explain the process and didn't do a great job.
Hollywood Waxing
The worst salon experience I have ever had. I came in and was not greeted had to wait nearly half an hour before any treatments started.
The waxing was really rushed, and only cold wax was used. Bikini waxing in all salons with hot wax. Lots of areas were not covered.
The eyelashes extensions were absolutely awful lasted only a few days and I had to pay £15 at a proper salon to have them removed !!!
