I came in and said im here for eyebrow waxing, they immidately gave me a seat to start the process, even though i came a bit earlier. Which was brilliant. The staff are sweet, very smiley and lovely x

Staff were nice but the salon was a mess and really dirty, there were even little flies around the station. I'm not OCD about cleanliness but the place was just so run down and grimy. They were busy so my appointment didn't start for 25 minutes after I'd booked it for and everything felt rushed. The manicure was the worst I've ever had but lighting was so bad in there I couldn't tell till I got out. The equipment had other people's skin and nails on, she didn't clean them properly, just a quick wipe that did nothing, almost every varnish and top coat at the station was sticky, she struggled to get the colour out and old as a result my nails were really patchy and uneven so I've just taken them off. Saw other people getting good gel manicures though so seemed like maybe they were having a bad day. There was a great colour selection of OPI but just so many were gunky and old! The lash lift did nothing but curl them for an hour, I've had a couple before elsewhere (a LVL and a regular) no problem but the woman really struggled to do it, made lame excuses about straight lashes, left a load of glue on my eyes and told me they would get curlier as the day went on (obviously a lie as they tend to relax with time!) Sorry but I would never ever go back, it was just so, so bad all round.
