The staff were very welcoming and friendly. 100% the best wax I've had, it was over and done with in under 10 minutes, yet not a single hair has been missed. Spoilt for choice with a vast selection of gel polishes. All in all, 10/10. I'll definitely be returning and I have already recommended Image Nails and Beauty to friends
